Community Guidelines

Whiteboard is a place for members to celebrate progress, share workouts, and support one another. These guidelines explain what belongs here and how we keep the community safe.

Effective July 29, 2026

Be a good training partner Encourage people, respect their boundaries, and keep posts, comments, mentions, reactions, and profile content appropriate for a fitness community.

What we expect

  • Be respectful. Disagreement is fine. Bullying, humiliation, repeated unwanted contact, or targeted harassment is not.
  • Keep it safe. Do not post threats, encouragement of self-harm, graphic violence, or content that promotes dangerous conduct.
  • Do not attack people for who they are. Hate speech, slurs, or demeaning content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic is not allowed.
  • Keep sexual content off Whiteboard. Nudity, sexual exploitation, and sexually explicit or unwanted sexual content are not allowed.
  • Protect privacy. Do not share another person’s private information, images, health information, contact details, or conversations without permission.
  • Be genuine. Do not spam, impersonate someone, manipulate engagement, or post deceptive links or promotions.

Automated filtering

Whiteboard checks public posts and comments for some clearly harmful language before they are published. Automated filters cannot catch every situation and can occasionally make mistakes, so member reports and administrator review remain an important part of moderation.

Reporting content

Open the menu on a public post or comment and choose Report. Choose the reason that best describes the problem and add any helpful context. Your identity and report details are visible only to authorised administrators, not to the reported member.

We review reports promptly, generally within 24 hours. Depending on the circumstances, we may dismiss the report, hide content, contact the people involved, restrict features, or suspend an account. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent loss of Whiteboard access.

Submitting false reports to target another member is also a violation of these guidelines.

Blocking a member

You can block another member from a comment’s menu or while submitting a report. After blocking, neither person will see or interact with the other’s community content. Comments, hypes, reactions, mentions, and notifications between the two accounts are also prevented.

Manage your blocked list at Profile > Account > Blocked Members. Unblocking restores future visibility and interaction but does not restore notifications that were removed while the block was active.

Questions or urgent concerns

For help with a report, a safety concern, or a moderation decision, contact Raise the Bar Fitness. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant Whiteboard content, but do not send sensitive information that is not needed.

If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
